Graeme Mackey is one of the people supported by the Ards Peninsula Supported Living Service.

In August 2013, Graeme moved into his own house in Newtownards where he has settled in well and loves being close to Tesco, the Turkish Barbers, Camera Club and the Disco.

Graeme receives support to work at Positive Futures’ Portavogie office every Monday to do some shredding. He really enjoys having his own office and listening to music whilst he works. The staff love his company and welcome the hard work he does as well.

Graeme was recently supported to begin a new activity – swimming at the Quarter Gym ‘n Swim where he had the pool all to himself for one hour with floats and a ball. Graeme enjoyed splashing the support staff and pushing them in! He enjoyed it so much he now goes to Gym ‘n Swim once a week.

Graeme was delighted to attend an MG rally with his dad recently and even stopped off for fish and chips on the way home.
